South Africa USA proposal suggestion

We are not part of the US government, nor are we part of the South African Government. The following is what we believe will, bring prosperity in Sub Sahara Africa and normalize relations with the USA.

Proposed South African concessions

1. Edit the current land reform without Expropriation Act to read as follows: Land or property can only be taken by the government if the full market value of the property is paid by the government to the property owner. The Government may only acquire land, with the exception of land east of the Great Fish River in the Eastern Cape and east of the Sundays River and Tugela River in KwaZulu-Natal, for the purpose of building transport infrastructure, defense infrastructure, government related offices, law enforcement, testing grounds, the building of dams, energy generation and to gain access to mineral deposits. The government may take land or property only if the land or property owner has refused the market value as payment, and there is no active court case challenging the market value of the land and property. If the government takes land or property without payment, documentation and video evidence must be presented that there was no court case pending or active and that the owner refused the market value payment.
2. The South African government will seize all land reform projects funded by the government, with the exception of land east of the Great Fish River in the eastern cape, and the land east of the Sundays River and Tugela river in KwaZulu-Natal.
3. The South African government will remove all government projects to transfer land from non-blacks to blacks, with the exception of land east of the Great Fish River in the eastern cape, and the land east of the Sundays River and Tugela river in KwaZulu-Natal.
4. The South African government will change the constitution to make it illegal for the South African Government to acquire land or property for the purpose of transferring the ownership to black owners with the exception of land east of the Great Fish River in the eastern cape, and the land east of the Sundays River and Tugela river in KwaZulu-Natal.
5. The South African government will remove all laws referring to race from the South African Justice system, with the exception of laws referring to land east of the Great Fish River in the eastern cape, and the land east of the Sundays River and Tugela river in KwaZulu-Natal.
6. The South African government will change the constitution to state that any law referring to race, with the exception of laws referring to land east of the Great Fish River in the eastern cape, and the land east of the Sundays River and Tugela river in KwaZulu-Natal. is racist and illegal.
7. Land east of the Great Fish River in the eastern cape, and the land east of the Sundays River and Tugela River in KwaZulu-Natal, is bound by historical land agreements.
8. South Africa will pass a law that it is a legal requirement that all South African schools, educational institutes, and places of learning will present classes on how to start and run a business that is at least 30 minutes long a day for at least 56 days a year for students between grade 4 and grade 8.
9. All South African business interests and South African-based companies will sell all shares and business ventures in Iran within 10 years after this agreement has been signed.
10. South Africa will pass a law which will only expire in a hundred years, after this agreement has been signed, that the South Africa government will, take a neutral position on all, political affairs out side of Africa, with the exception of South Africa holding business interested in Iran, which will be illegal.
11. South Africa will implement a minimal 10% import TAX on all electronic parts, electrical parts, computer parts, laptop parts, mobile phone parts, small appliance parts and appliance parts, electronic products, and electrical products. The only exception will be imports from the United States of America by Massmart Holdings Limited, Defy Appliances, Univa Technologies Pte Ltd, Mustek and Sahara National Computer Company SNCC, which is limited to parts.
12. South Africa will allow Massmart Holdings Limited, Defy Appliances, Univa Technologies Pte Ltd, Mustek and Sahara National Computer Company SNCC to import, electronic parts, electrical parts, computer parts, laptop parts, mobile phone parts, small appliance parts and appliance parts, at zero vat and zero import tax from the United Sates of America, to assemble in South Africa, and to resell.
13. South Africa will allow Massmart Holdings Limited to import United States of American made dry food products and frozen chicken at zero VAT and zero import TAX.
14. South Africa will withdraw from the Paris Climate Agreement in solidarity with the United States of America.

United States Incentives and Agreements

African development incentive and agreements for South African concessions

1. If South Africa gives up its trade deals with Iran to build relations with the USA, the USA should offer South Africa the same deals, either with the USA or an approved USA ally.
2. If Sasol sells its shares in the Arya Sasol Petrochemical Complex to build relations with the USA, the USA should offer them shares of the same value in a similar company or allow Sasol to build the same type of Petrochemical Complex in the USA or an approved USA ally.
3. The USA played a big role in creating the country of South Sudan, so it is only fair that the USA plays a role in its economic development. A highway and rail network connecting South Sudan with South Africa will allow South Sudan to export oil, oil products, and goods from South Sudan to Zaire, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and South Africa. It will uplift all of Central Southern Africa.
4. As a sign of good faith, the USA should keep the AGOA, TIFA, and TIDCA in place.
5. South Africa has an energy problem. supplying South Africa with 10 nuclear powerplant licenses for the next 100 years, and assisting South Africa in building these nuclear power plants, will go a long way to cure the South African energy problems.
6. South Africa is a low rainfall country, and even after a season of good rains, many of South African dams are still not full. The USA, using its weight and influence, can help South Africa broker a deal with Zambia and Zimbabwe to access water from the Zambezi.
