The human body regenerates, and in theory, should last forever.

Here are the reasons why humans age.

  5. Over working
  6. Lack of sleep
  7. Negative mind set
  8. Holding grudges
  9. Lack of physical interaction with other humans
  10. Lack of activity that makes you out of breath and generats sweet.
  11. Eating to often
  12. Dehydration
  13. Over exercising
  14. Sitting for long periods
  15. Standing for long periods
  16. Lack of building blocks
  17. Lack of rest

Building blocks

Eyes: Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, B complex, Riboflavin, Niacin, Carotenoids, Omega-3s, Thiamine, non-seed-based fat, red light, staring into a distance.
